Hi, everybody, my name is Tammy Winterstrom. Hi, everybody. I think the beginning got cut off, but my name is Tammy Winterstrom. I joined Virtual Wholesaling Made simple two weeks ago and I've been faithfully following the laid out plan and just wanted to hop on here for a few minutes. I live in Indiana and I just passed the part in the course where you're making your buyers list and I wanted to thank Chris and give a shout out for wonderful instructions because it was so simple. I went into a bunch of Facebook groups in my local area and then I even spread out to other groups that probably were nationwide and made a short post in there about building a buyer's list and that I was new in wholesaling and stated what area I was working in, where my market was. And I had overwhelming success and people messaging me. Within two days, my list was at 40 people. And some of those people, probably about, I think about five people, sent me private messages wanting deals right away, asking me questions when I could have deals and if I was currently working in that market and could send them deals even later on that same day. So I just wanted to say thanks to Chris for a system that works. It's very simple. And when he says you don't have to reinvent the wheel, you don't, you don't. You just have to stick to the program and work it the way it's laid out. And my next step is getting on the phone. So I can't wait to see how that goes. I believe that the whole system is set up in a way that's going to make everyone successful if we stay consistent and just work it. And if you're like me, my why is super huge, especially at my age. So I have to make this work and I know a lot of you do too. So just be consistent and stick to your guns and remember your why. Get your buyers list done and then the next big trip step is making those calls. So thanks, Chris and Heather for the opportunity of working with you guys and thanks to everybody in the group.
