Everyone, my name is Clifford pow and I just wanted to take a couple of seconds to do a video review for Chris and Heather Logan with virtual wholesaling. Made Simple. Known Chris for a number of years. I've worked with other investors as their acquisition side. And so I've done a few deals with Chris in the past. I noticed he had put something on his Facebook about doing the virtual wholesaling. And so I reached out and and he explained everything that he'll be going over with the mentorship and I was very intrigued. I want to jump out and do my own thing and wholesaling. With a thirty thousand dollars spread Chris helped me to get rid of it in a disposition side of it. So there was a fifteen thousand dollars spread for each of us and that all came within about two two and a half weeks tops with actually really diving into the system Chris and Heather oboe very approachable, whether it's via text message or email phone calls. They can answer any questions that you have highly recommended and get on board. Board if you can help you change your life and basically kind of give you some more Financial Freedom that you need in this difficult time, especially with with the market in real estate being the way it is.
