Hey everyone, my name is Connor, I live in South Carolina, but I operate my virtual wholesaling business in Macon and Warner Robbins Markets of Central Georgia wanted to hop on here, record this site. Actually recently joined the Virtual Wholesaling Made simple program just earlier this week under Chris Heather's leadership. And literally in just a few days I'm seeing results and it's just been amazing. But to give a little bit of background, I started my wholesale business back in January so we're in March now. It's been about two and a half months. But yeah, did everything I thought I was supposed to do originally. You know, I was setting up CRMs, pulling lists, getting dialers, just hopping on the phone and probably making a fool of myself, but it was okay. And yeah, so for months was just grinding. You know, I had a full time job and was trying to make calls to sellers and was making offers but just didn't have anything that stuck. So I knew I was taking action and getting leads but I was having a problem converting those leads into contracts. So that's actually when I got in touch with Chris and Heather and learned a little bit more about their system and they kind of helped me realize that, you know, I was taking the right actions but I didn't have a system in place where I was able to convert those leads into contracts and into dollars on the, on the end. So yeah, officially joined the program on Monday, it's now Thursday, it's been four days and literally just got my first two deals under contract. So it's super pumped there. But there's anything that's changed. For me specifically, I think it was really the seller calls or the call recordings with, with Heather, she just absolutely crushes it on there and so really just studied those and tried to mirror her phrasing, her tone, how she structures those calls and lo and behold, it worked. So if you're someone out there who is looking to start a virtual wholesaling business or even scale it, if there's any advice that I can give, follow their system step by step, really study those call recordings and yeah, you're going to do amazing. So that's exactly what's worked for me. And yeah, I'm just super pumped to continue to learn from this group and from Chris and Heather and get to know everyone else. So thank you.
