Hey, what's up? This is Brandon Barnes from Charleston South Carolina Trey. I apologize on the delay of getting this to you buddy. But you know, I just want to let you know we've known each other a long time. We've done deals together and something that I've really valued in our relationship through the hedge fund days and wholesaling. And all that stuff is that if there was ever anything that I needed whether it be a contact and idea a contract. Anything you always would share and be an open book and provide help wherever you could and then number two that I learned from you as a flipper in Charleston. Is that do the project right design renovation put a high quality products and people will enjoy them and love them and buy them and so for that I'm very thankful because I did not learn any other way. A and you know, it's helped our business tremendously. It's helped me as an investor and you know, just keep just keep providing the value keep doing quality stuff and anything you do with any of your businesses and dude, it was continue across life.
