Joseph Crepeau's review for Scot Poirier

Hello everyone. My name is Joe crapo and I'm coming from Cape Cod Massachusetts. Scott. Poirier was my mentor over the past six months or so. We had a great experience together. I had some experience in the past with real estate. I do have some rental properties, but I needed to expand my portfolio in create more cash for myself. I also was in a very toxic environment at my job. I was the director of sales. For a small local business here on the cape, and I just wanted to get out of it just didn't want to do it anymore and wanted to work for myself. I'm a regular guy. You know, I'm not the smartest guy. I'm not the dumbest guy. But um, I worked really hard at this and I still continue to each and every day I decided as a personal choice with my wife to go full time at the end of January before I went full time. I had closed the wholesaling deal with Scott back in November, which made me ten thousand. The latest deal since going full time. We put it under contract mid-February. So that was three weeks in three weeks later close that made 30338 dollars I closed on that deal today. I'm not closed. I cashed the check on that deal today and I got another deal under contract this week that's going to make me twelve thousand five hundred dollars. So already this year. I'm almost at half of my years pay or we're getting very close to that point. I expect them by June that I I will have made a full Year's pay from my job. So if I can do this guy's anybody can Scott will guide you there just um really focus on what he says if I could go back in time. I would actually focus a little bit more on what he says, especially with the marketing aspect of it, and he will guide you there. He will answer all your questions. He always answered my questions even throughout the week when we weren't available for a session. So I really appreciate you Scott. Thank you. And I wish everybody the best of luck.
