I am out of Fort Wayne, Indiana and I just wanted to take a minute today to talk to you about my friend fellow Mentor teacher investor. Scott poyer. Scott is one of the most knowledgeable guys. I know when it comes to real estate investing. He's certainly helped me in several areas of my portfolio. It's always a pleasure listening to Scott to talk to other people. I learned a lot from that man. I have total confidence in Scott. He's out there to do the right thing and it's just a blessing to know the man.
