Hey guys. I just wanted to hop on here and talk about my real estate journey and how I got started. So I got started buying properties that were actually on market and then I eventually got away from that and started buying from wholesalers and just paying an assignment fee until I met Wyatt who helped me put systems and processes in place because of that. I've actually been able to add to my rental portfolio without having to pay a wholesale an assignment fee. I've actually been able to wholesale a deal myself and make 30,000 dollars off that so huge thanks to Wyatt for you know training me and putting the systems and processes in place. I definitely would not be here where I'm at right now without his help. He's definitely helped me get to where I am now a lot quicker than I could have done on my own. So thanks Wyatt.
