Hi, I'm Hannah. Hey, I'm Daniel and we are in the rehabbing you 2024 cohort. Um, just recently we got our first deal, um with the help of Glenn and Ashleigh and Lauren it has been Such a fantastic experience working with them and we're very very excited that we've got our first deal after fun again a lot of hard work over the months. Um, thanks to their guidance, too. Um, we I guess just a little bit of background on ourselves. Um, we have 2 rental properties. Um, but later last year we were Trying to think of other ways to diversify. Um look into other Ventures and real estate investing and we found out about rehabbing you and haven't looked back since yeah. Yeah, we started going to Glenn and his team seminars. They were holding lots of months. Um, then we started to talk with them and he had um, maybe a 30 minute call with us about what they can offer and what they can do to help us kind of expand our skills and how that can help us with our real estate goals. Um, so we ended up diving in and really like how the program turned out. Um, it's more of a formal education for something that's very informal. Um as an industry, I think and that's Something that works really well for us because we are both appreciate um structured education. So, um it it's, you know been a great learning experience and the method that they have is is working. So we're also very excited about that. Um, yeah, there's ups and downs as much as everything else that you learn but um so far, it's been great. number of very much just of the course and getting more deals. Yeah.
