So just finished, uh, first day of training, uh, very exciting. Uh, this concept of notes is something I hadn't heard of. Um, it was a lot of information, uh, took a lot of notes definitely will need to go back. Uh, and Watch some sections of the recording. Um I get I get the concept of it. Uh, I think I just need to sort of look at the Capitol will be investing in sort of real life. Uh scenario of it. Um, I did like what Joe had says, uh, tell us what you want to do and we can tell you how to get there. Um, I do have a few questions, which I guess I'll follow up with Stephen about um, I'm psyched about tomorrow and Saturday, um, looking forward to learning more about non-performing loans and creative financing. Uh, I think the case studies were super helpful. Um. I don't know if maybe there were too many. Um, I I get they're sort of a build. Uh, but it was it did sort of make the day long. I think we're all a little before 5, so from 9 to 5, even with the breaks. Um, but still enjoyable still very psyched, uh to sort of move forward with the training. Uh, thank you so much.
