Jeffery Mercier's review for Mitzi Childress

This past weekend. I had the beautiful opportunity of working with Mitzi. I would definitely recommend her as a wholesale coach and teacher not only she was she able to explain teach to us on how to wholesale real estate. She also has put in the time and effort to build out the processors that are needed to actually understand a game because you can learn how to wholesale real estate, but if you Don't have the let's say guidelines there with you to do them as well. It's going to you're going to struggle a lot more and she was able to not just provide the information but the guidelines and spoken and written form and that was a huge huge help what makes her a little bit different or a lot of bit different than most other coaches would be her ability to talk about how mindset is huge huge. Change and how you need to change your mindset and how you need to have the appropriate mindset. If you're going to go into business. If you do it part-time full-time whatever the case is you need to have the appropriate mindset. You need to have the appropriate way to think about it so that you're actually going into this understanding what you're getting into and so I would definitely recommend her to my friends my fans to friends and family. She was fantastic to work with I can't honestly think of anyone else better. She's one of the goats in the REI scene right now. If you're even anywhere from the Dallas Fort Worth area all the way to San Antonio. She definitely knows what she's talking about. She definitely worth the time. She definitely worth the money and she's definitely worth getting to go in order to help you along in your your own way.
