What's going on everybody at donnager here? Um, I just wanted to jump in on a quick video here and uh kind of give you guys a breakdown of How well I've known Martine over the years and how much he's helped me over those years. Um getting into real estate is not easy people think it's easy, but it's not it's It's a lot of work a lot of dedication and a lot of focus and those are 3 key attributes that I believe Martine has and she's always had and uh, the 1 main thing that she was always able to do and I think that the community itself lacks. This is that she's a go-getter and I think that being a goalkeeper is what you need in order to help bring people up with you and um and direct them, you know clearly because that's what you're going to need. You're going to need some type of Mentor like that in this business and I think Martina will make a great mentor. So if you're thinking about jumping in on whatever she's got going on. Hey, don't don't take too long to think on it. All right, whatever she's serving. Make sure you eat piece.
