Hey, my name is Brian Miller and thanks to Martine. I have bought everything you see around me, look with no money down, you should take her course. I'm kidding. Of course, but she did deliver as she promised on her course, and I was able to yesterday complete purchase on a property, with very, very little money out of my own pocket, but I'm not going to rehab and Fi and do that again, and again, and again and Martine did teach me the process for doing that. Even though I have a background in finance, you can hear the train going by, I hadn't really thought about real estate. And in that way before. And so, she really opened up that Avenue to me and one of the things Martine teachers of course is that everything is relationship base which is true. Every every business is relationship business and if you people with do business with people that you know and like and trust and I know I'm like and Trust Martine and you will too so if you are interested in real estate, if you were interested in helping change your family's future while you have your day job, if you're interested And getting into investing, if you want to meet new and interesting people, then you should take Martins course and learn a lot and do exactly what she says.
