She's an amazing person and a really special person to Cheryl and I and it's been an honor to see her grow her rental portfolio and Oliver real estate investing remember where she was just getting started. She was wholesaling me some houses than she realized later. She doesn't need to wholesale them to me. She could just flip them or buying keep him or herself and she became really good at that as well as she knows how to spot a deal.
