Yeah, how you doing? This is this recording is for Ray's Ray's course in land flipping and fill Lots. This course is really good. Actually. I took the course I My first month I sent 8,000 mailers I end up getting four deals in this is after I was wholesaling and all different types of trying to wholesale for over six months and couldn't get in on one deal like I would Ray and I got four years in the first month. And and this is what happened I ended up before this calls me forty four thousand dollars and I ended up selling them off right around 68. Thousand tools life of 50% return one of the deal sold in 14 hours another one sold in a week another one sort of them sold in about a month in the last one. So almost two months later. So yeah, so there were also doing too much. Far as I'm referring to so it's a great outcome. So yeah Matt Ray is the master of Simplicity. He's going to put it in a way where it's so simple anybody can do it. So he's definitely the way to go. All right.
