Hey, my name's Matt just hopped on here to review raise land course that he offers. I started the course back at the beginning of this year. And I guess it took me about two or three months to work through the course with Ray. He has a lot to teach I had a lot to learn and then June of this year. I was able to quit my full-time banking job and duel and flipping full-time. And yeah, it's it's been a roller coaster but it's been extremely worth the purchase of the course these past six months. I have profit around 70 K and I have two more Parcels to sell that will push me over six figures for the year. And so I guess that I highly recommend the course if you're getting started in the land flipping. And raise the man he's who you want to go with. So good luck and thanks a lot.
