Hey there, my name is Dave Brown. I joined Jeremy and Dan's REI Freedom program. Take a little over six months ago, I was really struggling to get deals and my local market just being in a competitive market. And so I decided to start doing direct to seller wasn't necessarily planning on wholesaling but more. So I just want to deals to either Flip or Buy and Hold Since then, since joining, I've gotten a local flip. I've gotten a flip for my brother-in-law. I just signed my first wholesale deal, just a couple days ago. I'm getting a 40,000 dollar assignment fee on that. It was literally probably 15 minutes of work, easiest 40,000 dollars of made in my life and I have quite a few other really, really good deals on its side of out in the pipe that will likely We also get under contract in the coming weeks. So, overall, his program has really upped my game and just allow me to, you know, invest in my local market where I previously was not really able to do so at all. So it's it's a game-changer. So if you're if you're considering joining the program, you know, whether you want a wholesale or keep the deals or whatever, I would highly recommend it,
