Hi everyone. My name is Mike Graham. I am a real estate investor on the North Shore of Massachusetts. And I wanted to take the time to thank REI freedom and how their small group coaching has helped me. I've been part of this group now for a couple months and I just locked up my first property ever very exciting. This group is really beneficial because it's filled with other investors that you can learn from a network with regardless of experience level each week. I'm learning something new that I can Implement into my business. I want to thank Dan toll back and his wealth of knowledge for negotiating with sellers demons helped me really fine tune what and how to talk to sellers how to overcome objections and really importantly how do I stand out from the competition? I come each week with questions and usually answer them with in full detail. I'd also like to thank Jeremy Beal Aunt who is helped me really crystallized my Approach and strategy. Gina's business. He's really taking the time to understand my business and find Opportunities of where I need to improve or pivot. So for example, he's really showing me how to fine-tune. My marketing to sellers to help build up those numbers overall very pleased about joining this group, and I'm really excited to see what the future holds. Thanks.
