Hi, my name is Jay Varney. I'm a student in the REI Freedom coaching program and just wanted to take a minute to talk about the program itself. In my experience, I've been in it for a few months now and I locked up my first deal within the first 90 days and, you know, of already build a pipeline of lead follow-up. You know, that I've never really had in the past, I At wholesaling, maybe about 10 12 years ago before opening another business and tried to get back into wholesaling again and realized I just wasn't doing things the right way. Or, you know, I maybe had Antiquated system of of doing it. So I reached out for help. Jeremy actually approached me out of Facebook group and we talked and join the program. And it's been an absolute game changer. I knew from the very first hour long conversation with Jeremy in the program that This was this was going to change the game for me as far as what I knew about wholesaling and immediately, put action steps together to get things moving. And, you know, they really stress putting your efforts on the money-making activities in the beginning but then really, how to fast track your business for multiple deals, you know, really. However, often you want to, they couldn't be more supportive. T''v Jeremy and Dan the sales conversations coaching that we do within. And, you know, the marketing strategies that Jeremy puts in place, set you up for so much success for however, large, you want to scale this business and I could not be more thankful for having joined this journey.
