So I wanted to share my experience with the REI Freedom coaching program. I've been in a far less than 90 days already got my first deal under contract assign it to an end buyer and then closed on it essentially on one side. You have Dan who's a Jedi master when you're talking about negotiating with sellers. He's going to give you all the techniques that you need to turn your appointments or leads into actual signed contracts, which is a so valuable in this space, you know, it literally cuts down the amount of time that you're essentially wasting or dollars that you're wasting when you just don't have the right techniques yet. So great. Expedite that process on the other side. You got Jeremy who helps you set up your business deal with marketing and then you learn all about different disposition strategies and on top of that. He's just the most genuine guy who literally care so much about your success and you can actually like feel that you know, in most coaching programs. You kind of just a fish in the pond, but it's been the absolute like opposite experience here, which has been so refreshing like you would text hear me and then, you know not follow up and then three days later he's following up with you just curious and genuinely curious what the answer to that question. Whether whether you got the deal or what it was, you know, so just can't say enough good things. If you guys want to level up your off-market acquisition skills, then this is the place to be
