My name is Josh Barnett. I was introduced to Jeremy and REI Freedom From Another investor. I've been looking to get into real estate and just didn't know what to do or how to do it. So I heard about their program and its really been a fast track to success. For me I've been in the program for just a little over three months. I don't have a lot of experience in real estate at all, but within three months, these past three months, I was able to get my first deal closed working with Jeremy and Dan and the whole team at REI has been great. It's been nothing but a great experience, a great Community to be a part of, I have now several deals lined up in the pipeline, and I'm currently working on. And after doing my first deal, I have this surge of confidence behind what I've been taught. Not not just the information that I have but the experience to go along with it. And the confidence. Now is definitely a driving factor for me. I can't think Jeremy Dan and the whole team at REI freedom in. Nuff, the community that they built the encouragement that I get the motivation from being in that Community, I would encourage anyone looking to jump into their wholesale real estate.
