Hey, I just want to say that easy REI closings, knocked out another one for me together. This one was for the long haul. It should have been the first deal. I close with them but ended up being the second. It was a rezone. My first rezone here in Nashville, learn a lot about that process. But you know, Linda Lanier killed it and just kept me in line. Reminding me that we need to stay on this deal. Kept the buyer in line to the point where the we realized the buyer was going to back out and She caught that quicker than anyone else did and got, you know, I fought to get a new buyer in place and we did and got them vetted and tile was in line and the seller was in line and there wasn't a seller's agent involved too. So there's a lot of people moving parts and Lynn's really kept it together so huge
