Hey guys, this is Dustin from tall bridge real estate really wanted to give a shout out to our manly, you know, we do our pipeline review meetings. I'm actively listening as a CEO for feedback not just for for you know, rock star performances amongst ourselves, but also with our partners and this weeklies name came up several times. And so, you know, I let Steve notes. It's really important that we recognize people when they're doing great work, whether it's whether its internal or whether it's external. Partnerships like like our relationship that we have with you guys and I just want to highlight with Lee specifically, you know, sometimes you know during closings and I'm sure you guys know this there's heightened sensitivity and somewhere some are more challenging than others and this weekly as just been super on the ball, right as a partner just gives us great confidence great comfort knowing that, you know when there are things that need to be researched. Or there's you know further engagement required to get things across the line that there's individuals likely that are taking that proactive approach. It's one thing when you feel like you got to chase people up and it's another when you just can go I can move on to the next thing because I trust at least got this and I heard a lot of that this weekly so from from myself and behalf of our entire team over here toll bridge.
