I just want to go on and say that easy, Rai closings, really knocked out of the park especially Laura and a whole aderholt on this one, you know, I tried working with these guys about a year ago and I just maybe I just wasn't where I thought I'd be in my business and I had a lot of cancellations I kind of felt bad really kind of embarrassed and you know, I didn't see the value but more like more or less. It was my my issues and not them. Maybe that's too much of a tell-all but I just it's hard for me not to be honest but You know, I had a deal that still eventually going to close that that another person on the team was keeping alive and just holding the buyer accountable, because they're the ones being squirrely on this one and then I got another deal and Hannah talked me into working with these guys. I kind of felt like it was deep enough. There was no question of a close and I just want to see them in action again. And and yeah, the proved amazing. It was a super deep DeLand Florida. But they're having to be an HOA community and Everything seemed fine until the HOA lady said, a lot of things that made the transaction of freaking hassle. In fact she wouldn't speak to me anymore. Nor would she speak to my end buyer? Or my JV partner, who brought the entire? So she would speak to Laura. They made a connection. Lord told me that she was not awful and very kind, in fact, not my experience but and you know, will the transaction back to the closing table? I don't know. Oh that this one was not going to close but it was going to be delayed and I didn't want that for the seller or for us or anyone else involved. And and she brought this thing back to where it needs to be and they closed and I was super impressed and can't wait to continue work with these guys. Already sent them another contract and, you know, look forward to knocking out more
