How's it going? Everybody? This is Michael digiovanni with story door. I just want to give a quick shout-out to the easy REI closings team in particular Hannah Steve and too many others to mention. You all have been fantastic in terms of getting us to the closing table efficiently effectively following up with Buyers Sellers and title companies and making sure everybody is kept in the loop. That is the most important thing is communication. Communication making sure everyone is kept in the loop and I can think of no one better to partner with two that ends to help deals get across the Finish Line quicker and reduce the cash conversion cycle then easy REI closings and in conjunction with that making sure that the individuals actually understand what they're doing when it comes to certain tactics such as novation's seller financed sub 2 deals excetera. So that being said if you're on the fence highly recommend to at least give them a go start with the low plan work your way up and since the benefits they're after. All right.
