Brian Vaughan's review for ezREIclosings

Hi, my name is Brian Vaughn and Texas and I have been a client of easy REI closings for probably seven or eight months now, but I just wanted to do a quick video to thank Lindsay linear and Hannah and Steve at easy REI for being tenacious and getting this latest deal of mine done and closed this one took over three months. We started late November and just closed it on March first, but this property had this. This transaction had it all title issues former owner reluctant to sign anything bleeding. They had an IRS lien, which they didn't even had a title company examiner who told us we needed a survey done on the property and through some extra work. We found out that it didn't need a survey thanks to a survey company who told us that and saved us a lot of money on having to get at survey done, but This property has had multiple issues, and I just want to say thank you so much to Lindsay for sticking with it and getting it done and she did a lot of work and it took a lot of time, but it's completed its closed and I'm so grateful and thank you, so thankful. So thank you guys. I appreciate it and on to the next one.
