Josh herman's review for ezREIclosings

Hey, what's going on? Easy? REI team. This is Josh Herman with fast cash offer. And I just want to record a video testimonial for Claudia Hicks. So Claudia was our transactions coordinator for property in North Carolina, man. Everything was thrown at this property from the buyer losing their job a day before closing not telling anybody having to put it back on the market. This is an ovation by the way and everything in between. So we thought the deal was lost multiple times and Claudia went above and beyond not only made sure that anything that was necessary and required from me was relayed in a timely manner super-quick always responsive and she just guided me along in terms of the whole transaction. She knew exactly what needed to be done because I didn't and once again, I don't believe this deal would have been, you know cross the finish line without Claudia uneasy REI. Closing. So once again, I just wanted to say thank you guys. Can't wait to do our next deal as you can see as a board behind us. We got deals in the pipeline. So looking forward to our next transaction. Thank you. Once again, Claudia can't say. Thank you enough preciate it. Have a great day. Bye.
