Everybody, my name is Nick Skipper's I wanted to give a shout out to Brent Bowers and say thanks for how much he's helped me in terms of learning the land business and how to how to negotiate get properties under contract and then get them sold. I just locked property under contract and Northern Michigan that I should be able to make about 20 grand on and I got another one that I like. Act up that should be somewhere between 10 and 15 thousand after I get them sold. So pretty pumped about that and Brent's been a huge part of helping coach me and give me the tips and the Insight that I need any encouragement is to keep pushing forward.
