Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to talk about the AI for business program. The virtual Summit that I'm currently involved in, I have over 20 years in Tech portfolio, management and building supporting Global Enterprise pmo's primarily in the finance and insurance sectors but also some and Manufacturing and defense have an undergrad in Psychology with a focus on organizational behavior. I previously dabbled in a, I'm more of a hobby. I think about AI curious and over the past year, I realized that there's a definite need to get more involved. Understanding how a i is going to become the way of the world, it's coming Fast and Furious. Currently I'm pursuing a level expertise for my side, Consulting business on implementing a, I safely and securely. There's also from a psychology perspective and a human Capital Management. There is a need to identify risk, understanding the impact, your Workforce to your colleagues and looking at AI as a team mate. Rather than that one that will completely replace replace the working force. There's also a need to understand and be empathetic about employee morale and attrition in managing that accordingly. I highly recommend I've been in a few courses already and Today was just a 1, there will be 12 hours of courses over three days and you learn about prompting and methods. Best practices prompt engineering and so much more, but I wanted to take a moment just to kind of give my two cents. It's definitely worth your time.
