Nick schippers's review for USLeadList

Everybody Nick Skipper's here located just west of Grand Rapids. Wanted to give a shout out for Mica in the team. The u.s. Leads my wife and I just locked up our first piece of personal property had a cabin on it up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We bought the list for Michigan and bought it for 8,000 and we just locked up sale agreement for 42,000. So we're going to make about 30 grand. I want to just confirm that Micah and the team have been amazing in terms. Of helping give us insight and wisdom for how to do the mailers and how to communicate with Sellers and try to negotiate pricing and then as well as just the list itself is it has exponential value. So just a shout out to them. Thank you Micah and the team with the u.s. Leads. It's definitely helped launch our land business in the right direction. Thanks.
